Restaurant Druckwasserwerk: A symphony of senses
The heart of a restaurant is its kitchen. In the Druckwasserwerk the heart beats primarily for the traditional, but creative German art of cooking. We focus on traditional cooking in connection with modern influences, on transparency of the origin of food and on controllable quality.
The regionally inspired cuisine is based on savoury ingredients, spices of high quality and fresh herbs. Our menu is supplemented with a large evening menu changing every day and containing different seasonal and vegetarian meals and fish dishes.
